At Relax The Back, we want you to feel as comfortable in our apparel as you do in our chairs. If your purchase doesn't provide the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
